Q: How can I access Orion Survey? I see information about it on your website, but
I don't see any way to actually subscribe to the service! Please advise...
|

A: Orion Survey is planned for release in September or early October of 2005. At
that time, you will be able to subscribe to the service by simply following links
on Orion's web site.

Q: What will it cost to subscribe to Orion Survey? Is there a per-survey or per-transaction fee?

A: We are still working on a pricing model for Orion Survey. That being said, we anticipate
two levels of subscription: Annual subscriptions with liberal usage terms or per-survey
deployment payments. Please stop back to visit the

pricing information as plans are established.

Q: What about reporting with Orion Survey? Your site doesn't provide much information on this.

A: Reporting is an integral feature of Orion Survey accessible by authorized personnel
as defined by your site administrator. You will also have the option of providing reporting
capabilities to non-adminstrative users (including your respondant population) if desired. This
will include both formatted/graphical reports as well as data export for use with systems
external to Orion Survey (such as your interal systems or your partners systems).

Orion Survey will come bundled with a set of standard reports that allow you to consolidate and
aggregate statistics from your user population as well as the option to define more
complex or customized reports, as your business needs dictate.
